RRVAN is a hub of support and information for those in our area affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are a non-profit organization spreading the word about ASD, promoting tolerance of neurodiversity and helping those with ASD succeed. Although RRVAN is aimed primarily at the Fargo-Moorhead area, we strive to serve all those in the Red River Valley and welcome inquiries from the entire region.
RRVAN has many opportunities for those who want to learn from others, share what they have experienced with others, and build relationships with fellow individuals on the spectrum. Whether it’s education, direction, advocacy or social interaction, our programs and activities are designed to provide families with the support and resources they need and the interaction they want.
We invite you to get involved in RRVAN. There is so much to be gained when we work together and even more we can learn when we reach out to each other.
Anything But Typical is an enriching local event for neuroatypical individuals and entrepreneurs to come together to celebrate their own personal achievements and interests, and professional connections, and grow while engaging with others in the community who share similar perspectives and experiences!
Sponsored by RRVAN itself, the event will be taking place at the Fargo Public Library on April 29th, 2023, from 10AM to 4PM!
All funds raised will go towards compensating guests and volunteers, and providing a safe and an exciting and rewarding occasion for everyone to attend, with discussions and snacks, activities for children, and participant guides or support personnel too!
